Hi, I'm Dr. Ashley Sauer, LMHC!

As a dedicated wife and mother, I know the joys and stresses associated with striving for a healthy and passionate marriage, thriving in a career, raising a loving little one, and also growing individually all at the same time.

I enjoy helping couples cultivate a satisfying relationship and share a deeper connection as a marriage counselor. I am dedicated to teaching them how to successfully manage conflicts so that their friendship and intimacy can flourish as one.

Hi, I’m Savanna Deiser, LCSW!

I have a deep passion for helping people find themselves and better understand their partners in the face of adversity. I’ve devoted my career to working with individuals and couples to help them piece their lives and relationships back together after being touched by addiction and mental health crises. I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals using a variety of trauma-informed, strength-based, and emotion-focused modalities.

My goal in working with couples is to help each individual better understand and communicate their emotions, needs, and dreams to their partner in a way that puts connection and respect at the center of the relationship.

I am a believer that “soul mates” are people who willingly choose to work together through hardship in spite of and even because of the ways in which they are different from one another.

If this work sounds beneficial to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a free consultation. I look forward to working with you and am grateful for the opportunity to be part of your journey.

Hi, I'm Kenny Londono, LMFT

I have enjoyed practicing in the mental health field since 2008. I studied psychology at the University of Central Florida and received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.

I am committed to helping my clients nurture their relationships and navigate anxiety linked to life transitions. My services address mental well-being, relational health, effective communication, and conflict resolution. I fully embrace whole-person care and am passionate about understanding and supporting the client’s lifestyle, including healthy eating habits, physical activity, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, restorative sleep, and social connection and how these pillars are associated with the client’s wellbeing. This passion for lifestyle medicine stems from my personal story of living with a chronic medical condition and overcoming many challenging obstacles.
My mission is to be a source of hope for my clients, while walking with them and exploring the roads that illuminate their life story. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed seeing clients grow in confidence, experience new levels of peace, and start to flourish in their relationships and careers. I am Gottman Level One trained and am a certified relationship educator.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, along with our 7-year-old twin boys and soon to be 4-year-old son.
